By accessing or using BillYug, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our service.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using BillYug, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our service.

Description of Service

BillYug is an invoice generation and management application that allows you to:

  • Create and manage invoices for your business
  • Store customer and product information
  • Generate PDF invoices
  • Track and manage your business transactions

User Accounts

To use BillYug, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service

You retain ownership of any content you create using our service. By using BillYug, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillYug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use BillYug to:

  • Create fraudulent or misleading invoices
  • Engage in any form of tax evasion or fraud
  • Violate any applicable tax laws or regulations
  • Use the service to facilitate illegal transactions
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
